Returns Policy

Pick-up from the nursery

If you are unhappy with your purchase at the time of collection, we will gladly offer a full refund or exchange in the following circumstances:

  • The plant/s does not match its description as provided when purchased on-line;
  • The plant/s picked up are not the plant/s ordered;
  • The plant/s are damaged.

We do not offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind.

Delivery

Plants purchased on-line can only be returned within 7 days of purchase. They must be in their original condition and packaging (ie pot) and we will gladly offer a full refund or exchange in the following circumstances:

  • The plant/s does not match its description as provided when purchased on-line;
  • The plant/s received are not the plant/s ordered;
  • The plant/s have been damaged in transit.

Please contact us immediately if any of the above occurs to arrange a refund or exchange. Plants returned without prior notice will not be accepted. You can contact us at sales@riverroadnursery.com.au or by phoning 0437 554 894.

We do not offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind.

You must have your receipt to exchange plants. River Road Nursery will not refund the delivery cost. Any plants returned are done so at the purchasers expense.
